In pursuit of a better recipe, I came back to my home in North Carolina and experimented with several different seasoning blends. After many taste tests, I developed a unique recipe that I call "Ribs by Art". Where the best of Florida meets the best of North Carolina.

Over the years, Ribs by Art catering has expanded from small backyard Bar-B-Ques and family reunions to large church fundraisers and corporate gatherings.
